Ashpatchum does not process any special and/or sensitive personal data about you. Webshop software

WooCommerce
Our online store is developed with software from WooCommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for the purposes of our services will be shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. WooCommerce is, based on the agreement Ashpatchum have with them, obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve its services.

WooCommerce hosting
The webshop of Ashpatchum is developed with software of WooCommerce, we have chosen Remedia for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services are shared with this party. Remedia has access to your data to provide (technical) support to Ashpatchum, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Remedia is required by the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.

Web hosting

Remedia
We use web hosting and e-mail services provided by Remedia. Remedia processes personal data on behalf of Ashpatchum and does not use your information for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Remedia has appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Remedia is bound to secrecy under the agreement.

Email management

Remedia
We use the services of Remedia for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Remedia has no access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Orders

Payment
Mollie
For handling (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, in this context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All of the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie’s services for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your data longer than permitted by law.

Shipping
PostNL
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. To do this, we use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence information with PostNL. PostNL uses this data solely for the purpose of executing the agreement. Where PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.

Thailand Post (EMS)
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of Thailand post to carry out these deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence information with them. Thailand Post uses this data only for the purpose of executing the agreement (delivering a product or products). In case Thailand Post engages subcontractors, Thailand Post will also make your data available to these parties.

Invoicing

WooCommerce
For creating invoices, we use WooCommerce. In this we record your name, address, email and phone number and details related to your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is protected, transmitted and stored. We are bound to secrecy and will keep your data confidential. Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than the above.

Transfer
The data Ashpatchum receives from you will primarily be processed within the European Union. In principle, the data will not be shared outside Ashpatchum and the processors mentioned above.
